Frequently Expressed Obstacles

I’ve just been put on a restrictive diet by my doctor and I feel like I can’t eat anything anymore.
Once we have identified your nutritional and wellness goals, we can have a session at the supermarket. There, we will look over food labels, discuss options, and try to find the best way for you to eat things that you like, while still following your nutritional guidelines.
I want to eat healthier and lose weight, but I eat out a lot.
We can evaluate the menus from the restaurants you frequent.
I’ve tried lots of diets over the years and nothing works for me.
What works for one person may very well not work for another. Working together, we can determine what foods are good for you and will help your body to respond in the way you wish.
I want to lose weight/eat healthier, but my job is very busy and takes a lot of time. I don’t have the time to make all the changes I need to make.
We can assess your readiness for each of your desired changes, then set intermediate goals to adopt the changes at the rate that suits you.
I have kids, and with their schedules and mine, I have to just eat what I can, when I can.
Together, we will go over your schedule demands and the obstacles you face and then determine what changes you can make and how and when you can make them.
